Can be used for real time or for rendering.
Measure units are meters, it is about 15 m in height.

Each file contains 3 objects: Tree, Foleage, Flowers
There is two Cycles materials and two texture sets one for a trunk and one for a foliage and flowers.
Available formats: .blend, .obj, .3ds, .fbx, .dae
In case of .blend file textures are packed inside.
Textures: Base color, normal map(directX and OpenGL), Opacity for foliage material.
There is other PBR textures but they are blank, totally black metal map, and totally white roughness for examlpe. You can just delete it if you don’t want them.
All textures has resolution of 2048x2048.
Four texture sets are available :
Though I am not sure that normal map will work perfectly for UE4. I just exported it from Substance Painter using UE4 preset.
High and Low poly fbx is available in High_And_Low folder. Size do not mach to the rest files and twigs is in different position, but it will work for purposes of rebaking and texturing.
Presentation is render in Cycles.
To be able to use standard Unity shader you better to import file Tree_txd_Unity.fbx. (is available now)
This version has 32917 tris and 46106 verts. In this case I doubled polygons for foliage so transparency will work correct.
